Horrible. I arrived at 10:00am, sign says they open at 9, still closed. I called, no answering machine to explain WHY not open. When I finally DO get a hold of someone, she apparently waltzed into work at 11:30 and did not seem to see anything wrong with that. I went down there. Sign on the window does not say a THING about needing to give them a check for the total of the loan amount. As I do not carry a checkbook, this was a huge waste of my time. Don't bother. They are clearly incapable of providing any kind of customer service.
