L. Sam was very rude when I went to try and re-new my loan. I arrived 45 mins before closing & was told I would have to come back because she wasn’t taking anymore customers that day.

.. Don’t know if it was bad day or if I came in on a bad time but gwen was definitely rude. I Was told I was approved for a loan and then later told I wasn’t.. which isn’t a problem but I felt very unwelcomed by her. Nina on the other hand was very welcoming and very polite to me..
