Financial Security Credit Union, Carlsbad, NM

I can safely say that they’re in my experience with the Credit union there were a total of two people within my experience of returning to financial security that Did everything to try and help me to get my check cleared. If you have a large check and you needed cash and you’re a new member I would recommend going to financial securities credit union

Used to be a good credit union. I feel they are more like Wells Fargo, there is nothing credit union about them, dollars are the bottom line now! The ATM has been broke for months and their excuse is the ATM company! Not sure if you can order from another company. I'm sure its the cheapest one possible thats why they are waiting. Another thing is you have to go inside to get a cashier's check plus you pay for them now! They charge for everything now!! It's a bank in disguise!!!

I worked with Michelle on a auto loan recently and was very impressed! She did amazing with our loan, was extremely fast and super friendly. I will defiantly give Financial Security my business for every loan needed from now on.

This business and the people who work here are AMAZING!!! I absolutely love this bank, and I recommend it to anyone who ever asks!! I will not ever bank anywhere else!

Great service and great banking

They used to be great. Now though, the banking app has been frozen four days and unable to check my balance. They will not answer their phones..

This institution is always helpful with any information needed wether it be about loans or or your banking needs. Always makes you feel at home!!!

Worst bank ever the app never works, and the bank employees can never do anything with out “having to ask before doing anything”
