One thing that is very upsetting to me and I’m sure to a lot of other people is a very rude customer service rep or sales rep. Michael is the only person at this location that I could say is very polite I cannot speak upon anyone else. Thank you again Michael.

Super easy, amazing service, never have a problem. Alycia is by far a 10 star employee. Amazing customer service. Sometimes it takes you years to earn trust with someone, the was she really interacts and communicates with you is beyond customer service it’s like speaking to family!

This experience was one of the highest in Customer Service. My loan was processed fast. I paid it off quickly. They discounted my application $60 as a promo! This was easy peasy! What a great loan experience!!! I'd recommend getting a loan here and paying it off way early to anyone!!!

From the beginning I have enjoyed this company. I have never felt so human with a loan company. They don't hide behind "I'm a jerk bc corporate" they really are just so kind and wonderful people! And the loan was a life saver for our family! Ps... they have GREAT counter candy! 😄 I mean... c'mon! An OVERALL 5 star review for LOANS?! That's gotta say something!
