Cindy very very very rude I have always gone to Western Financial and I have always called them if I was going to be late on my payment she thinks she never has problems she thinks she is perfect My loan is paid off now and she will not let me reopen because she said my payment history. I have always called how many people call and make arrangements??? I love coming to Western Finance. They have helped me mulitple times. Including getting a new washer and dryer. Plus they have helped me to raise my credit score. I will never try any other loan place!! The ladies in the office are always so polite and helpful.

Don't go here! Cindy is awful! She is rude, discounters, and fake! The whole place is shady, but Cindy is flat out rude for no reason, to people who didn't deserve it. After my loan is paid off I will not be returning.

I was inquiring about a loan, I highly recommend Claudia! She answered all my questions with very explicit detail. Very patient. Helped me explain to my dad things he didn’t understand given the fact that she speaks perfect English and Spanish!

The employees are always very friendly and help you in any way they can they are fantastic I recommend anybody I know to do business with them. Thanks again girls
