First Financial Credit Union - Deming, Deming, NM

My husband died in Dec. I was trying to get everyone notified. Never tell your bank. I cannot access our bank account to pay bills. They said they would fix it... that didn't happen. I used another login and that lasted 1 time and now the account is disabled. I sure I knew who to turn them into. I have another bank and will never go back to Ffnm!!!!!!!!!

i been with them since they were chino and yes they are awful 7 nsf charges in one day i was like if there is no funds then how did u get 196? den of thieves.im shocked as to how many un happy people there really is tho.

I love First Financial credit union employees they know me by name when I come in and make me feel important.

Always very helpful. Disappointed they are no longer allowing masks to be worn inside. UPDATE: Talked with them and there must have been a misunderstanding with their staff. MASKS ARE ALLOWED! Quite satisfied with the outcome.

Norma at the Deming branch was very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I give this branch in particular 5 stars because they have gone out of their way to try and make things right with me personally. As for corporate and their policies I’m still unsure how I feel about it but I really appreciate this branch taking the time to make sure that I was satisfied, and that I understood the reasons for the issues that I had been having.

My grandma tried for 5 months to get her social security check moved here unsuccessfully. But in one day Jessica and Xavier were able to get her set up and they were very friendly with her. Thank you so much.
