Del Norte Credit Union is absolutely the best, after decades of banking at another local institution I made the move to DNCU several years ago and have enjoyed and appreciated their staff through the years. Recently I had the opportunity to work directly with Anjanette Gallegos, she was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable in her role made for an excellent experience. Anjanette is the epitome of a fantastic employee, whose positive attitude and dedication to her customers radiates from the moment you engage with her. If you're ever in need of a Financial Service Consultant, I highly recommend Anjanette and Del Norte Credit Union.

Mixed review! BEWARE!!! If you don't catch the little mistakes yourself, they can turn into BIG mistakes! Otherwise they are very good - years ago they noticed a signature difference when someone stole checks and started trying to cash them!- we only lost about 100$ could have been much worse Also helped when an employee started forging checks- they did not notice the signature difference but did help out once we caught on Overall Ive lost some confidence over the little mistakes...

I have banked with Del Norte for quite sometime now. I have to say that Anjanette Gallegos makes everything in banking easy for me. Anytime I have any questions she’s always there. Or for my loan needs she’s quick to help & has the best customer service. She’s the best. I recommend her for all of your banking needs!

Del Norte Credit Union in Espanola is the only bank I trust with my financials. All of my family banks with them and none of us have ever had any complaints. They’ve always had amazing customer service and strive to help their customers in any way they can. Anytime I’ve ever called, they answer on the first try. I’ve gone in multiple times to get things notarized and I’m always greeted by smiles and friendliness. One of their employees, Janae, has helped me on multiple occasions and it’s been a great experience. I’ll always be a customer!

Del Norte CU recently upgraded their website. After several attempts on my part to upgrade to the new App I finally gave up and submitted an email requesting assistance. Within an hour I was contacted by the Manager of the Espanola Branch. Her name was Marina Rodriguez. She was the only person I spoke with (4 others prior to her) who knew what my concerns were with the new upgrade. She professionally walked me through the process on my Android phone. She is the most knowledgeable person regarding issues with setting up your puter or cellphone. Ask for Marina Rodriguez. Thank so much Marina. You made my day. Respectfully, Andrew

I would never go through this bank. What they did my mother not once, but twice is ridiculous. Causing her to pay thousands of dollars on interest and some, all cuz of their own actions and own mistakes. They didn’t take out the payments that were set on auto pay. They also knew it was their own doing, and just apologized saying this never happened before, but really could careless. I myself think it was done on purpose, but being the good hearted women my mom is, she was like mistakes happen and I’ll give them another chance. Only for it to happen again. So if you’re thinking of going to this bank, much-less taking out a loan at this bank, I’m warning you now, don’t do it, just walk away, shoot run! It’s not worth it. All the stress, hardship, money they took, etc. from my mother was hard to watch, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

Very disappointed when my husband was placed in hospice and they helped him to get cash advance from our credit card disregarding my request in person to them about his condition. I paid off the credit card and now they are charging for late fee. A nightmare and untrustworthy bank.

The Bank is no goodand dishonest... stay away! Thye said I pulled a 1700$ cash advance from my credit card when it was lost..they said they could do nothingabout it...I still had to pay it back, even though I didn't take that money out! Bank is trash!!!
