WaFd Bank, Española, NM

ATM machine is always down, they never answer the phone and when they do they're not very helpful. I live in Espanola but I drive all the way to Santa Fe to bank at that one a lot more nicer and their ATM always works and they answer the phone

The never answer the phone! They leave their automated answering machine during business hours.

ATM is not working

Sean helped me with some accounts I had. He kept fraud from occurring and helped me put some stop payments for checks that were stolen. He is by far the best banking manager I have worked with. I was an employee of a different bank for 10 years and Sean treated me so well I moved my bank. The tellers were friendly and helped me with my first deposit. Sean gave me his personal business card and told me to call if I needed anything. He was really great with me and my husband! Thank you to the whole staff!

Kristian is the most UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE tellers I have ever dealt with. John the manager just looks at you with a clueless look on his face all the while his staff acts like a bunch of immature kids. Never do business with these people
