I use to always get a loan here when I needed it. . Never had issues, always friendly. Now, I don't know if they have new management or what. But CONSTANTLY CALLING! The day they called and I answered, I told them I was going to be in today. They call again a couple of hours later to see if I'm still coming in after I told them I was. I am super annoyed and I never had issued till now.

Very rude people,always calling even when its been noted in the computer. Especially during this Pandemic they have no remorse or sympathy, dont care about working with the customers through this hardship.

Awful customer service. Not very helpful.

The employees here are so rude! And awful customer service, even when you are making a payment. They need to get rid of the native ladies there. 👿🤬 …
