Lady with the dark reddish hair needs some major customer service lessons. Made my visit awkward, like I didn't matter, she was plain rude, I'm surprised she's still working there after reading all the reviews about her. I mean come on lady, your paychecks come from the clients you serve rudely!! Can't play nice, go be a corrections officer or something

Today I went over at 12:30. Sign on door says: Knock and wait for buzzer. I knocked and knocked louder and louder and the lady sitting there at the computer on her phone. Ignoring my knocking on the door and window. All I wanted to do was pay my loan. IDK, maybe she was waiting for 1:00 to close for the weekend

Ladies here are great. Great customer service. We can say we have made some new friends and recommend them to everyone.

Horrible customer servise called to inquire about a loan and i did my app and was told they were busy and if i didnt hear back from them to call them back i called and called and called and called and no answer so i called today just to find out i was denied which is no big deal but my point is they didnt have the decency to call me back like they said they would to tell me if i was approved or denied

My husband had applied yesterday and they gave us the run around wanting this and that and nw they don’t even call back on a response to c if we r approved or not we keep calling and calling no answer and I knw there not busy with the long faces they had the nite we were there. THEY NEED MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS!!!!!!!!
