Liberty Tax & Loans, Farmington, NM

Before when it was called Infinity Loans, they had wonderful customer service. Now they are called Liberty Loans and customer service is horrible. Representatives never answer calls and when they do answer they aren’t helpful at all. I called to pay off a loan but I can’t get ahold of them. I left a message but most likely I have to take time to do it in person. Don’t waste your time and don’t get a loan here. Whoever operates this this place needs to make improvements because if they keep operating this way, it’s going to drive way customers. -feeling frustrated- 0/5 stars
