OneMain Financial, Gallup, NM

I got a approved for way less then the pre-approval they gave me. It was a disappointment, I really needed the funds to fix my vehicle. Driving a hr and half there was also a negative.

Both of the girls that were in the office helped each other to make sure we got a loan that we requested

I would recommend OneMain Financial for anyone wanting a loan. The staff were more than willing to assist any way possible. I had applied online, but didn't complete the process. A couple days later i got a phone call & Lotoya helped me. It was great to be able to talk one on one & explain things, instead of trying to answer questions that don't relate to your situation. Rude! Just one payment (my very 1st to not able to make on time) I called to let them know least partial payments I can do. Just one worker has to make the rest look bad! Just got hang up like she gave me the money from her pocket.
