Thank you Tammy & Janelle & staff for the excellent customer services you extend to we the customers, whenever we're in need of financial help. I appreciate your continued assistance/services each time I need help. I live in Arizona, they are very knowledgeable of how to extend loans on line. I have never experienced any run around services. I recommend their excellent customer services to anyone. The staff are well trained & friendly.

There's no one answering the company phones now that it merged with Security Finance. I had better, friendlier service at Security Finance, World Finance just gives a run around with telephone services and over the phone payments that charge you for their service providers. Is this thier way of charging late fees if you can't make it in person to the office to pay for it ahead of time? I work and I used to pay over the phone, now it's just a hard time trying to make a payment.

Thank You for helping me with my finances. You all have been so helpful;) Especially during the pandemic. The entire staff need to be commended for the job they do with helping folks. My daughter had informed me about the place so I called and I talked with a friendly person didn’t get the name but toke all my info, got a called back and to my surprise I was approved for more than I expected. It was even better in person I went in and everything was sort all ready and all I had to do was sign the person that helped me was very knowledgeable about the company and the employees all had good customer service. I really love to work with employees like that. Awesome job guys keep up the good work.
