My friend had my debit card in her wallet. Her wallet was stolen at the family Dollar store. She banks with US Bank and got a new temporary debit card. All I got was a rude person who gave me a ATM card that didn't work. She allready got her new card for free with caring curtious help. Will change to us bank as soon as I can. I've been at this location through all of its changes. I'm done

Honestly they need to do better. The drive through literally take 40 minutes to an hour to get through. Im a patient person but come on now..need to improve customer service man.

This bank has really gone down hill since TBK took over.They closed locations,changed hours ,staff who were always friendly really aren't any more and I'm pretty sure that has to do with current rules and management.I would highly recommend going to a credit union in Albuquerque ,easier to get loans and to get a real human who can actually fix problems if they occur!!

Emily was very Professional and Polite. Service was fast and easy. When entering, eye contact was made and I was greeted. Inside was nice and clean. A young man Carlos was in charge. He was decorating for Independence Day, was friendly greeting customers and helpful to Emily

Customer service from this location is bad. I deposited money electronically since the closest branch near me is 264 miles away. The bank put a hold and now is only giving me partial of what I deposited and the rest will be deposited in two days. I was NEVER informed about this and when I raised the concern to the lady called to tell me they were putting it on hold, she basically told me that I don't need to sign anything for this hold to happen nor did they notify me about these changes. This to me sounds like fraud since I was not notifies about possible holds with money that exceeds a certain amount. I have NEVER had a hold before. When. I was expressing all this to the lady on the phone, she just did not seem to care and kept telling me this is the way it is and no notification should be sent out. She was rude did not care and did not offer a resolution. I asked to speak to the manager and again, she showed no remorse or care. If the bank has my money, I expect some level of care and better assistance rather than telling me, "that's the way it is like it or not and we will do stuff behind your back without notification."
Do NOT bank with TBK unless you live a few miles away. They don't care about customers nor satisfaction.

I wish negative numbers were available. I opened a business account with them. I had a wire I needed to send to another LLC. Lori took it upon herself to decide that, no matter how much proof of vetting I provided, “By golly this is fraud.” Well that is not her position to decide. If it is fraud there are companies out there with a very strong track record of recovering the funds. But, if a customer provides vetting information then the decision should rest with the customer. So if you want quality banking, don’t use TBK. Grants branch is rude, not caring about the customer’s needs and their small business call center is no better.
