Awesome banks in hobbs. Great customer service. Great people in general.

Let me just Start by saying this is by far one of the best banks i have EVER banked with. Not only was their customer service amazing but the tellers as well. MAYRA was very helpful and patient with me. I didn't know very much about online/mobile banking until i came across Mayra. She made me an account and also answered all my questions. She is also bilingual which is very helpful when i wasn't able to help out my parents. So thankful for workers like MAYRA.

I never thought I would have to change banks simply because of customer service, I had previously given a positive google review but since one of the bank tellers Kylie is no longer there. My customer service has gone to waste. Eagerly needs help improving basic human connection.

If you have a business account it's better to find another bank. I regret having business with them. I always have about a total of 6 days to clear my checks when at America's first national bank can clear it the same day, too bad I didn't know this any sooner. I did call to speak with Ashley Ruiz she was not in. Since this has happens occasionally, I'm familiar with her and she cleared 500$ of a partial of my check for me one time as a "courtesy" and made it as to look like she was doing me a favor, releasing part of my own money to me. You think me being a loyal customer going on 3 years I would have some kind of trust to release my money any sooner but here is not the case.

I just opened my account at this bank and they were awesome and very helpful.

Pulled up to the bank to break 1- $100 dollar bill for our business, and the bank refused to do business with us. They said they could not break it, the bank is only for members. Non members I recommend other banks.

Jasmine and Stephanie are excellent employees to deal with, knowledgeable about their jobs, and very professional. Highly recommend.
