Worst customer service

Horrible customer service. The manager Brenda is not nice at all! I was used as a reference and was called everyday. I told them to take me off and not to call me anymore but they still continued. Spoke to the so called “manager” and she said they have to call me until they get ahold of whoever. Her whole tone and demeanor is VERY UNPLEASANT! Will never do business with them nor would I ever recommend them.

The announcements on the radio is not practiced. I just wanted a small loan. Repay immediately. Don't advertise what you can't produce. Faults advertiser.

Need to work on their customer service. Gentleman there seemed like he didn't want to be there or help anyone. No greeting or thank you for doing business, just a bye
