Not gonna lie when I first got here I was super stoked because I was referred by someone from lend nation to take my business here. But if I’m being honest the second I walked in. I felt unwelcome and was greeted rudely. I said hello and was asked what I needed abruptly. So I mentioned I was referred and was pointed in the direction of a clipboard by Guadalupe Pate who is the manager of the business. I then Filled out the application in silence. As she typed and didn’t speak a word to me. And when I started filling out the back page she watched me do it until I was almost done and said I only needed to fill out the front portion. Once handed to her she answers her personal phone in front of me and started having a conversation. It’s then where she handed me my application back and asked for my social and birthdate and as I replied with my answers I was haulted and she pointed at the blank spot on the application and said right there please. I understand I may have missed it but the responses I received made me feel like I was dumb and were smart like.

Got a letter from these folks about me owing them money and them offering some kind of settlement. I have never done business with these people and I have not lived in LC for almost 8 years.... BE CAREFUL! THESE PEOPLE ARE RANDOMLY SENDING MAIL OUT TO FOLKS AND TRYING TO SUCKER PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY.

Ms Lupe is great and helpful. Paid my loan off way early to avoid heavy Interest.

These people have great customer service. The ones saying they are loan sharks are just people who dont know how to repay a loan!!
