Southwest Capital Bank, Las Vegas, NM

Customer Service Rep "Carlos" from the operation center out of Albuquerque denied me assistance. He made me come down to the office in person and I told him and his manager Desiree Martinez about my health problems as to why I cant make it in and they still refused my services plus they kept calling me by the wrong name. Very unprofessional. Im going to report this to the better business bureau.

I have been with this bank for over 30 years and l have never been able to get a loan from them, I think they cater to the rich.

No very professional,send threatening letters and share personal financial information with others

Awful bank. They verbally approved a loan twice. Ordered an appraisal that cost me thousands. Then cancelled the loan after months of providing docs. Beware!
