New Mexico Bank & Trust, Portales, NM

This bank is the worst. It has no customer service, not joking when you call you call why seems like a fourth party the call center can literally do nothing at all they aren’t even pet of the bank so you definitely don’t get help from them. And all the bank all open later compared to a normal bank. This finical institution is horrible extremely horrible I thought Wells Fargo was bad New Mexico Bank and Trust took it to a new level. Good luck if you try calling. Atleats at a bigger bank when you call someone will answer and their call centers have some power to do things. Do NOT Get a bank account here. It actually seems like it’s run by 15 year old kids.
