Nusenda Credit Union, Rio Rancho, NM

I don't understand how this is a Credit Union. The teller was nice but they couldn't help me with any thing to do with banking, and watch the other employee grabbing each other while my teller was trying to help me. I will not be doing any business here. Horrible

Greetings I love the great coustmer service I am receiving from the staff at this nusanda credit union located at enchanted hills in Rio rancho nm from the branch manager to all the wonderful employees this is my 5 star branch keep up the good job everyone working here needs a pay raise

Terrible place was refused service because I was dirty to come into get what I needed because I was still at work and was going during lunch for service with my account and asked to come back later when I had more time and wasn't as dirty. Don't go here go to the one on paseo del Norte they are friendly and take care of their customers their this is the 2nd time I have had bad service at the enchanted hills location.

Best credit union in metro area but only the Enchanted Hills Location.
