If you are looking to get a loan to buy a house or refinance, it doesn't get any better than Gold Financial Services. Our loan officer Leticia Rivera did a great job helping me and my wife get our loan finance. We have dealt with a multitude of Mortage financial services firms, local and national, as we have multiple financed rentals, and we have found Gold Financial to be extremely easy to work with. They are very communicative and will work with you to get your loan approved ASAP. Our loan officer Leticia Rivera did an amazing job making sure that our loan went through without any problems, even after I threw a couple of curbed balls her way. I love it that they are a local owned office that understand their client's needs. I couldn't be any happier. You won't regret choosing them for your next mortgage loan.

Would rate a 0 if there was an option. Biggest rip offs I've seen yet, try and tell you you have to pay a buy down, when in fact you aren't getting any points bought down, its a requirement but basically just scams you out of 4k-8k. Get all the way up to closing then they say they can't verify income provide all documents and they still have a problem! Save yourself the headache, stray far from these scammers!

I purchased my home with Brian in 2018, and had a great experience with him and his team! I recently refinanced my home with them and the experience was outstanding. Great with explaining details when it is your first home. They were there every step of the way! I will keep going to them and will keep recommending family and friends over who are looking into buying a home or refinancing.

Wouldn't recommend the Roswell NM branch to anyone. The loan officers that I received were untrained and one would treat me different than my wife. And treat me different when my wife was around. I was told different things about the same question multiple times. And even had it in text form for her to say it was never said.
