Great customer service always helpful and willing to work with clients!!

Until now I would have given them 5 stars but not now. I refinanced in the office in Roswell new mexico on the fourth of the month. I specifically asked at least three times are my payments still going to be on the same day of every month I was told repeatedly yes and then I get a text saying my payments are due on the 16th of every month.?? So what happened was because their employee made a mistake I literally had to pay $62 to correct their mistake instead of them fixing their mistake themselves. They say they're going to investigate find out what happened but it doesn't help me cuz I'm still out 62 dollars that I seriously needed for something else because their employee made a mistake. I am also going to contact the head office and or better business bureau cuz this is so wrong.

Great customer service! Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Ladies were very professional and answered all my questions. Process was easy and quick. Will definitely return and recommend this place!
