I’ve banked with OFCU since I was working in high school and never had a problem even got my car financed through them. I’ve had car trouble the past 6 months and haven’t been able to drive my car at all. I did everything I could before resorting to a voluntary repo and when I finally did talk to someone about it they automatically went ahead and froze my account (which I was NEVER EVER told they would do in the process) and I wouldn’t have ever gotten that money back unless I cancelled the process. I would not recommend banking with people who just take YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY whenever they want.

They closed my account and stole the money from it. They said there is no way for me to get it back. They had current address and phone number on file. I asked what I could do to get my money back and they told me there was nothing I could do.

I been banking there for a long time and still use my account there. I've borrowed money there and really have no complaints. I have been a fan of credit unions most of my life and will continue doing business with them. If I have an issue there, they will work with me to fix the situation. I am giving four star's only because no matter what you do, I believe there's always room for improvement. Stay healthy.....

I had a account here before and it was constantly a pain then, I gave them a second chance after a few years, when I went looking into car loans. It's been nothing but a pain to work with this company. They keep freezing up our accounts after we made loan payments, which constantly cause late fees on top of the payment that we had to pay for which ever bill was due. I have never had such a difficult time trying to deal with a bank. I am stuck dealing with them a bit longer ,but after we can refinance our car else-where I'll never do business here again. It was a big mistake going with them again, its been as painful as cutting off my left ball.

Really gets on my nerves that they can't stay open till 6:00 so anybody that works till 5:30 never can withdraw any money out of their account without using the ATM and if they have to withdraw more than $500 have to make multiple attempts to the ATM account that would be nice if they could be open till 6:00 like every other bank in town for us that still work until 5:30

I made a bad review before and writing another one today. But apparently the bank deleted my review. WOW!! May have to contact BETTER BUSINESS BUREUA and file a complaint. I have been banking with this branch for since the early 90's and I play by their rules. But regardless of deposits made before 2 p.m. I still have no money to spend over the weekends. I can't pay for orders. I can't go shopping unless I use my debit card as credit. When I am completely empty on gas my card gets declined although I just made deposits. I have opened accounts for all my son's at this bank which now I see is a huge mistake. Loans are very hard to get here although I have excellent credit. So I have to go elsewhere for loans. And get approved immediately through other companies. One of my son's $500 check was held and my son was unable to spend his own money. I didn't want to close my accounts but they give me no choice. So if anyone has knows of a good bank I could bank with without the hassle please let me know.

Inconveniently they seem to be closed one business day out of the week, which seems like every Wednesday. They always having technical problems with something. They fail to post a notice on their website or store. That the business will be closed on certain days, holidays being the only exception, because most businesses are closed on holidays. I’m at the point where I’m about to switch banks because this inconvenience is starting to happen more often.
