The owner Nathan is one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken too, he cares about his business and his customers. Pam Jenkins, on the other hand, proved to be both dishonest and incompetent and vindictive in nature. She failed to effectively do her job from the start, involved herself in negotiation behind the back of my realtor, tried to browbeat me into accepting a home with a horrible inspection, then seemingly sabotaged the FHA loan process. If you use Ruidoso Mortgage I suggest you use a representative other than Pam Jenkins!
