I generally dislike dealing with banks/CUs - but today, maybe for the first time ever, it was pleasant and efficient. Chloe is a gem and has perhaps changed my perspective on having to do these tasks. Next time I can walk in there knowing it’s not going to be annoying or excruciatingly long. What a pleasant experience! Thanks Chloe and staff!

I had an account number so old they can’t remember account numbers like that anymore. I merged mine with my wife’s. They forgot me. Good bank they have their faults, resting on their laurels. Avoid their financial advisor. Otherwise, we’ll hang on for awhile.

We’ve been banking with Del Norte Credit Union for years! We have been so fortunate to work with Jeanette Valdivia with all of our loans, she is professional, knowledgeable, takes time to explain all the details, but most of all she’s really friendly. We highly recommend her. “Thank you Jeanette!”

No longer have the ability to contact any local branch. All calls go to a call service located no where near us and no idea how to even pronounce the branch street names. What is the point of providing it. That is why I use to like DNCU in having the ability to speak to actual person I was working with. Might save overhead cost, but cost more when you lose customers. Time to shop other local credit unions since this is no longer one.

Cameron Lujan is very kind and a super lovely person to interact with. She is very wise and helpful, and also doesn't make me feel bad for overspeaking! She is wise and helped me find a great plan and rate. 10/10 please give her a raise!

Went to the San Mateo drive thru to deposit a check and ask to get a new debit card mailed to my address. They told me I HAD to go inside to get a card printed. I didn’t have time I was on lunch break. It sounded too ridiculous to be true that I couldn’t get one mailed out so I thought the guy was joking with me but NOPE! He was serious,I never got my card mailed. Talk about convenience, Del Norte shouldn’t be a credit union they operate more like a bank

Cameron Lujan is the best! she assisted me with all my needs and gave really great advice and was extremely professional. I will continue to go to this location because of her!
