I feel completely blessed that I found Drew. It was my first mortgage and Drew took the incredibly daunting task right off my hands. He took care of everything from start to finish. And it wasn't easy. He had to coordinate with everyone from the HOA, to my ex husband, to my Student Loan Company. There were many complications, but he persevered and worked hard, and deep down I always knew I could count on him. He knew all the ins and outs of the business. And beyond his expertise and dedication, he brought a lighthearted sense of humor into the process that made everything so much less stressful. I recommend him 100 percent. Some people just go above and beyond. Drew is one of them. A genuinely good guy.

This review is for Drew Richman. My experience with him was nothing but excellent. Drew was forthright, informative, competent and friendly. He was also very available and always returned calls. At one point I was asked by my title company to reimburse them for a mistake they had made in the transaction. Drew stepped in and even offered to split the cost with the tile company. Ultimately, the title company relented and accepted the cost of their mistake. I'm certain it wouldn't have turned out the way without Drew's intervention. Such action is clearly above and beyond the responsibilities of his role and speaks volumes for his integrity and sense of right. I highly recommend Drew and thank him.

Excellent service and very positive experience with Drew Richman at Loan Fox, as first time buyers it's a tough market to get into in Santa Fe. Drew stuck with us over the 10 month or so period it took us to finally find a place and get an offer accepted. Drew was always available and happy to explain all the details and numbers of our Mortgage Deal. We ended up with a decent rate below national average and we were happy with the deal.
