Nusenda Credit Union, Santa Fe, NM

I have never had a problem with Nusenda Credit Union. All the staff in Santa Fe, are professional and helpful. After horrible experiences with Bank of America, Years ago; and even worse experiences With Wells Fargo Bank. I have switched Nusenda Credit Union In Santa Fe. and I couldn't be happier than I am with this Credit Union. Great Customer Service. If Banks had Fans like Rock Bands You would be #1 in my book.

Had nothing but good experiences with Nusenda. Nusenda in Santa Fe always has short wait times, excellent help over phone lines, amazing investment products and high yielding savings accounts, great loan rates, and positive community involvement. Here, my funds are not supporting some bank-shareholding millionaire's yacht vacation; it's being invested in education. Sometimes they give me money just because the CU had extra earnings (it's called "earn your return" on good years of investment they just spread the wealth to all the members just to be nice.) I switched after I realized I kept calling Wells Fargo about every other month to say "uh... .what's this fee for?" and Wells Fargo would say "Oh, oops. It's not for anything... We''l just reverse that." Happened over and over again they would just take my money for no reason and hope I wouldn't notice. The big banks had so many high fees, and sometimes there was a fee on not being rich enough (like, charging me $30 because my account dropped below $3000 for two days). Nusenda doesn't do any of that nonsense and owner/members even get to vote on policies.

Always friendly and ready to help with any problems. The annual dividend payout is a great surprise each year!!

Half of them know what they taking bout and they give u false information makes me drive across tow two times just to tell me I can’t do shi till next month

Just got off the phone with one of the most helpful customer service reps. Her name is Desiree. She was patient, informative, supportive and very kind. She listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice. Very rare to find someone so caring. Thank you Desiree!
