I had the most helpful experience here at Sandia Credit Union. Kamila Rodriguez was so kind and helpful. She was so patient with me while I applied for my first loan and went the extra mile to help me after. Truly so thankful

Members beware. Very rude service by some representatives. Also, very poor practice of Sandia Area Federal Credit Union tonask for why I’m withdrawing MY money from MY account. I was able to speak to branch manager, Angelina, about rude service. On a positive node, she was very nice.

This is hands down one of the worst banks in my experience. I have dealt with many banks and credit unions across the country, but this has to be the most unorganized and un professional financial institution I’ve dealt with. For starters, they are very unresponsive to any form of communication (Email or phone). They also forgot to charge me certain fees and then asked me months later to pay for something that could have been dealt with when the loan was originated. Try and avoid J Berg and S Besse. On the other hand I Bahe was so helpful! She was the ONLY reason I followed through with the loan.

I submitted an application online for a loan early this morning and I contacted one of the members service officers to assist me with my application and I was helped by Audriana N. She's quick, efficient and she is beyond helpful. She goes above and beyond to assist you in any way possible and she has great communication on what steps you need to take. She is one of the best officers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you ever need to go into this bank, please ask for her. She is truly one of the best employees there.

I recently needed assistance with a very quick auto loan and Alrick Johnson was great. Not only was he able to get us closed on the same day, he was such a professional. The customer service he provided was not good but great. I haven’t received great customer service like that in years. I tried to get him to apply where I work but he really loves the credit union. He is a keeper for sure!

I was trying to get a loan for my first car and ran into every difficulty you could think of. Audriana went above and beyond for me and made the experience way more enjoyable. When I was on the verge of a mental breakdown, she calmed all of my stress with through her calm and optimistic energy and initiative to get things done. She went out of her way multiple times to answer my hundreds of phone calls (even on the weekends), and even left work to walk to a post office because I was at the car dealership and needed quick proof that the loan check was mailed. I 100% recommend this place for loans. Working with Audriana (and the rest of the staff) was a delightful experience.
