US Eagle Federal Credit Union, Santa Fe, NM

I loved banking here for the first few years how to don’t recommend anyone open an account with them now. Quality has gone down and you will be treated like a random person walking in the door, not a member! No different than Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Staff is not knowledgeable about the products they offer, unwilling to help members succeed, and they have different employees weekly!

Being a Proud Member for nearly 2 years, I absolutely appreciate and highly recommend how US Eagle Credit Union ultimately goes above and beyond to prove they have your best interest not only as a member but as part of their family. All the employees at the Santa Fe Branch including the branch manager, Eric Padilla, deserve a round of applause for how welcoming, dedicated, prompt, precise, and professional they make you feel once you arrive to the satisfaction you feel when making your departure. I conduct business at three other financial institutions around town and none of them compare to US Eagle. I’m even considering moving all my accounts here cause I love to do business here especially in this branch. This Credit Union actually appreciates your business without all the crazy penalties and hidden fees. I hope they continue to grow and be as awesome as I feel as a member.

I am a new customer to US Eagle and decided to switch because I had heard about and got to see the great service provided by both Eric & Mariah to a good friend of mine. I have been very pleased with the switch and convenience of everything. My husband and I were wanting a small bank where you can build a personal relationship with the people who work there and I think we've found it! I have been banking with the credit union for 15+ years and never had a better experience than with the Santa Fe branch. I requested an RV loan and the branch manager, Eric Padilla, had the financing secured and a check delivered within 24 hours to the private seller. Words cannot express the amazing customer service and seamless process this was!

I visited the credit union in Santa Fe in early October 2023 to set up a new account. Rhianon's service was exceptional! She was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer my questions.
