I had a very positive experience with RMMC. My loan officer explained the process to me clearly, which was important because it was my first time getting a mortgage. The process was a lot faster than I expected and when it was all said and done, they were ready with the money before our expected closing date. I saw the other Google review on this company and I don’t understand what their issue was (and I really don’t care). I got a great interest rate (and I did shop around) and the service I received was top notch! Another thing, this is a local small business and that meant a lot to me, but then again, I like to support local business and I guess that doesn’t mean anything to some people. Anyway, I highly recommend RMMC for any kind of mortgage financing needs you may have. The application process was simple, I was able to apply online and the people I worked with were true professionals.

We started our mortgage process with a national company. We were very happy with the national lender. However, our builder begged us to switch to Rocky Mountain Mortgage (RMM) because he needed to get a construction loan from RMM to start building our home. The builder offered to tile our rear balcony as an incentive. We decided to help the builder and switch with the condition that RMM would have to offer us competive interest rates. Fast forward to the time when we started talking about the interest rate with RMM. RMM refused to honor the interest rate that other companies were offering (we have excellent credit). Instead RMM wanted us to start a mortgage process with another company so that RMM could see what rate we were being offered. We refused to that; we did not think that was necessary and felt that that was not fair to the other company. At the end, we had to redo the process with the national lender and the builder did not honor the tile deal even though we helped him get the construction loan he needed from RMM. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Gloria who handles the tax portion of the loans is rude and unprofessional. We have our mortgage loan with Rocky Mountain and had a question for her, however, she seemed bothered and was extremely rude even after letting her know she was being unprofessional.

We had the pleasure of working with Nicole at Rocky Mountain Mortgage through the entire process of buying our home. Nicole went above and beyond our expectations and was always available to answer our questions and clarify anything we were not understanding. She helped us so much to make sure our credit was good and everything went smoothly for closing. Buying a home is overwhelming and can be a lot but Nicole made us feel comfortable through every decision we made and any advice she gave was always in our best interest. Would recommend to anyone.

Nicole is beyond amazing. As a realtor, I want my lender to be readily available not only for me but for my clients. Every client I send her way has never complained. She goes be extra mile. Some lenders look at clients as transactions. But some, look at them as people they want to genuinely help. That some one is Nicole Vasquez. Her knowledge and willingness to teach so there’s no confusion is the reason why she’s my top lender.
