First American Bank, Silver City, NM

Elizabeth at the Silver City branch is full of attitude. I’m very seriously considering changing my bank and I’ve been a customer since this was AM Bank and when it first opened. I refuse to deal with Elizabeth again. She had attitude from the time I walked over to her office from the teller. The tellers were very nice and professional. I called to make a complaint and never heard back. If I switch banks I’m also going to encourage my parents who have also been longtime customers to switch banks also. Elizabeth has no business being in customer service.

First American Bank NM has been good to me over the years. Most recently, they helped me with an international wire transfer. The staff are always kind.

Horrible customer service. Rude front desk lady. Definitely not a friendly place.

I have always had a positive experience as a customer. I do believe it had its issues in the past what institution doesn’t. But, since Melanie & Aaron have taken charge, that bank has done amazing. They definitely got that place running well.
