Awful mortgage broker. Terrible experience. I will never contact this location again. An uninformed, unmotivated , disinterested person who planned to charge me full fees and closing costs and expected me to do HER work. Truly unprofessional and appeared biased during communications as though I was "wasting her time". A simple refinance turned into a nightmare leaving me with no refi, dinged credit (she checked it multiple times before I could unlock the three bureaus) and no apology. When will some Grant Co. businesses enter the 21st century and realize that, in this case, they are to operate as an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. Pathetic.

Called there several times and got hung up on repeatedly. Gonna cut ties with them very soon if they don't rectify things.
