First Savings Bank, Silver City, NM

It feels like home every time I go to First Savings Bank. I love the way the friendly staff always greets me by name when I enter. I also appreciate the fact that there are no long lines. My bank business is always completed quickly and efficiently, allowing me to continue on with my day.

Had to go yesterday, I was told by Mrs. Sellers to remove my mask !!! Rude. No masks worn in bank. Ridiculous! Let me clarify since you are trying to make it different than it was, it was not for identification, it was so she could hear me better. Only one wearing a mask was teller and hers was off when I left. I think your safety protocol must be a personal decision, not a professional one. So to clarify, She did help me, actually it was Crystal who helped me ( very professional ). My point is, we are in a pandemic and your branch does not honor that.

The employees at this banking institution have always been very helpful when I have needed something. It gets a full 5 star rating from me.
