Rachel is so unprofessional and rude. When asked to speak to a manager she said she is the manager and when asked to speak to someone above her she said there is no one above her. She took her frustration out on me and basically told me I was lying about someone not being at work. Because my co worker has business with them. Such a disgusting encounter I would take your business elsewhere. Run far away from this company and its incompetent employee.
