First Savings Bank, Truth or Consequences, NM

My Grandfather has been Banking with this Bank for over 30 years In Truth or Consequences NM. He needed a loan for $ 1,400 for a replacement gasline on his property and previously this Bank told him to bring the estimate in and they would take care of it.... needless to say he was denied. I wouldn't recommend this Bank to anyone it's obvious they don't care about their long time customers. I'll never recommend them for anything.

This is a first-class bank. Michelle and Haley are awesome as is the entire financial institution.

Seth C. went out of his way to accommodate the needs of one of the bank's customers who happens to be my client as well. In a time when most banks won't even answer the phone, Seth and First Savings Bank delivers the kind of customer service we rarely find anymore!

Bank staff are cool but the online banking is impossible to even set up. Can't set up my password nobody can help me with it. Honestly if they can't fix the mistakes online then I don't want to bank with them I'll be closing my account.

Went in to create an account for myself and son. The clerk said they had two account people and one was busy and the other was not I waited in an empty lobby with one other customer while waiting for fifteen to twenty minutes with no help ended up walking out for lack of service I researched all banks in t or c and First savings was recommended highly the service I received was not what was implied to me
