I interviewed no less than twelve lenders before finding CTC and contacting John who tackled my fairly complicated file while other lenders were literally telling me no because it would be too much work. John closed multiple loans simultaneously while juggling a lot of moving pieces. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Michelle Bell is absolutely the bomb. After wasting a week with another mortgage broker/office, she took us on in the eleventh hour. She got our loan approved, and closed in 12 business days. I’m not an easy approval either being self employed. It brings up all kinds of hassles. You cannot go wrong using her. Professional and very responsive. Edited to respond.
