This place is great! Denise is a very kind person who is very knowledgeable and helpful. She makes the whole process easy. If you’re in a tough spot this is the place to go.

I personally think the staff is rude and have been treated poorly through this whole loan process. Literally everyone I've dealt with is awful! In store and over the phone. My account was compromised and money was taken. I couldn't make my payment on time. Called the company the woman I spoke to was nasty treated me like I was lying and hung up on me. Once this loan is paid off I will never return and won't recommend this company. They make you feel terribly about being in a tough spot. Their commercials are not true NOT A FRIENDLY STAFF!!

This place is great! Very personable customer service and happy people!!! They are very understanding and work with me on payment arrangements if I need it.

Incredibly rude staff, especially Denise. Tried to make small talk with her, all she would give me is one word answers or ignored me. The whole time I was there I felt like I was a burden on them, which is astonishing for a company that thrives solely on preying on customers, you'd think they would want to at least keep a friendly facade up. Definitely not going back here again ever, and I'll warn others to go to Money Tree instead.
