There's a lack of communication when filling out paperwork. They leave small details out that could harm you and your financial account. The supervisors/management always have an attitude and are rude when you have any sort of discrepancy. You don't get to choose how much of the loan you can pay which is intolerant and unprofessional. They will charge your account before business hours so you can't even get in to make a payment on your payday!! So look forward to doing 2 possibly 3 transactions on your payday since there is a lack of communication, good faith, and opportunity! When you call with a complaint.... save it they don't care and they will cop an attitude with you and be argumentative. Planning on never doing business here since they imply that you are a liar when recent history shows that their practices and scheduling of receiving payments are skewed and inaccurate!!!

They helped me get through a rough patch with a paycheck loan and it helped me tremendously! Thanks paycheck advance! I would definitely recommend them for a loan!

Professional and willing to work with you. I even lost my ID once and left 25$ in change. They returned my money to me and worked with me without my ID so I could make payments on time without issue

Online it says open at 8am so I arrived at 9:10. The door says they open at 9. Waited till 9:15 and still no one was there so I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
