This place changed my life help me get a loan for a vehicle very great people and some of the most impackedfull loan companies iv ever been a part of they won't let you down

My credit isn't great and it's my first auto loan so, a higher than average interest rate is expected. When they called and asked if I'd like to refinance my loan and I'd get $500 if I qualified, I was pretty stoked. Well, they didn't lower my interest rate or anything that would help me out, they just added $1,000.... excuse me $850 after the $500, to my loan so I'd have to pay more, just over a longer period of time. Shady, shady, shady. I no longer trust them and I will not accept a loan from them ever after this one is paid off.

Shane is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. He is always willing to work with me and has always exceeded expectations, Jessica is an extremely hard worker and I always feel welcomed when I go in. They are always polite with me in person and over the phone and they deserve a 5 star rating. I will definately finance my next vehicle through them

Just made my last payment! The staff is always super friendly and Shane helped us out with an issue I had last year (sorry it's so late, thanks Shane!). Everyone else in the office rocks,and we will definitely be back to finance our next car! Thanks, United Finance!
