Seriously the worst bank I have ever used. Their customer service is horrible. They do not care about you, as a customer. Your direct deposit doesn’t show until late Friday. They do not offer traditional banking services. Hands down the worst.

accepted my car loan via CUDL, then proceed to not provide a means to pay it. I'm unable to link ANY outside bank to this account, can't deposit money, can't transfer money, can't use their online 'make a payment' feature so the only means to actually pay the loan is to call them give some random hourly clerk my person bank card info and pay a $15 fee each time I make a payment. This is a predator bank fleecing whomever and however it can without regard

Stay away. They promise you one rate/process then change it on you. They pull your credit ahead of verifying information on their side. Amateur credit union.

So far the worst financial institution in Elko. They also outsource IT for online and phone banking and appear to have gone with the lowest bidder. Expect nothing but problems from this credit union if you choose to punish yourself by becoming a customer/member.

Becky was an absolute doll! She helped me get my check cashed & some quarters for laundry, while I had my three babies with me! She let the kids each pick out some lollis, and seemed to love chatting it up with my oldest! A very family friendly bank that makes you feel right at home!

So, I've been with them for 3 years and I've not had 1 problem. Not one. The people are friendly...they all have smiles on their faces all the time. The banking app could be updated but as for the bank and their employees...I love it!

Needed to withdraw then found out they are closed from sat-tues for the most useless holiday in the country then also find out the machines outside has an unspecified withdraw limit. Thanks, almost as bad as a usual corporate bank! Very cool!
