Financial Horizons CU, Fallon, NV

I have had very poor customer service every time I've had to deal with this bank. Jessica Thompson is the supervisor of the branch in fallon and was very rude and disraspectful to me after waisting my time on a bank error. Banks and tellers are paid to be nice, friendly, helpful, respectful and welcoming. Jessica and her staff showed me none of which. I will and would recommend to avoid banking with this institution.

Have been with the CU for 42 years wouldn't change anything

They really are awesome. No real fees like other banks. Quick response on any possible fraudulent charges. Everyone is super nice. 100% The best bank I've used.

This is a great credit Union. Very friendly staff. Seems pretty easy to get loans here

Very rude people but nevermind that, my favorite part is them holding up title on a car over 1 penny! Yes one penny. Guess they show more profitability by holding my 86k asset with only 1 penny of debt. Pretty pathetic!

They put wrong auto loan against my social security number after a bankruptcy and ruined my credit. When trying to get a signature loan they would not help and with ada laws when on social security and back surgery and now back to work. Before they said if you need anything we will help you out.
