Navy Federal Credit Union - Restricted Access, Fallon, NV

There are representatives that are great and professional. However, in two recent occasions, the representative was unprofessional and not courteous. It felt like it was a bothersome to them that I was calling. Definitely some inconsistencies with your customer service.

My dad's a vet so I have an account with Navy Federal. I am not able to use the services without a military ID because I can't enter the base. This is the only branch remotely close to Reno and I can't even use it. Maybe it's time I find a credit union I can actually use...

The Banking Staff at the Navy Federal Fallon Branch are All Awesome and Very Knowledgeable of all the Banking needs and requirements for all customer banking needs.
