I’ve called to ask some questions about how the loan works, monthly payments etc, I spoke with Jessica. She was very nice, and helpful. She gave me all the info I needed, and was willing to help in anyway she could! I would recommend her for anyone looking for a loan!

I deliver dogs across country and I had the heater hose burst on my Van near Reno and I was trying to figure out, how to get my repair paid for. I called USA and spoke to a girl named Megan who was very sweet, and genuinely concerned as she explained she has dogs as well. Unfortunately I didn't have the needed documents, it was too close to closing time to get them, but she really was trying to help. Her soothing voice was comforting in my distress. Although I was not able to use their services this time, I'll be sure to stop in the next time. I feel I owe her lunch!! My luck changed after speaking to Megan, and I was back on the road soon after, and the repair cost half what I was quoted. Besides, I'm curious to see if she's half as beautiful as she sounds!!

Good service from the ladies in there. I have used both stores here in fallon same good service. I belive there names are Emily and Jessica.

That short girl megan was very helpful and Informative, she also helped me plan a better daily routine all while helping me with loan, I now eat three healthy meals a day, work , practice my archery skills and still have time to feed the horse I bought with this loan. Super impressed. She didn’t even say one rude comment when I was rambling about aliens and serial killers 10/10 I will be back.
