WaFd Bank, Fallon, NV

After seeing what my husband has gone through as a new account holder I WILL be taking my business elsewhere. New accounts have 30 days of long processing for any checks you deposit? Regardless of phenomenal checking history... My husband deposited a check from the State of Colorado, clearly the funds are valid and available, yet he couldn't access them for 5 business days? Rubbish. Feels like we're being treated like theives or dishonest people. I don't support this ridiculous policy, and I would encourage you not to either.

Very friendly personal however they are very slow. With the exception of one person the rest don't seem to know what they are doing. I have only been banking with them for a few months but I'm not sure I will stay.

Sheri Rhodes, has been the most helpful person I have ever interacted with at any bank. She is very respectful. Her level of professionalism she brings to this establishment is amazing.

I have banked at this branch ever since wafd took over, I have brought 3 of my friends plus my girlfriend here. All of us are completely satisfied. Lexie the personal banker, has always been extremely helpful. The entire staff including Leah are always helpful and patient.

The manager of this bank wouldn’t make change for my coworker and I for our tips. Says, “we need to bank there” to get change. We’ve gotten change from there before with no questions about our patronage. There wasn’t a single customer in there aside from us. So we know it wasn’t a time thing. Buddy Boys Donuts took care of us though and got us our change. THANKS BUDDY BOYS
