Dollar Loan Center, Fernley, NV

Got an email to bring in ID, Pay Stub, and proof of address. Came in and there was only one other person in the lobby. That person left in less than 5 mins. I was asked what I was there for, and let the guy know that I got an email saying exactly what I said. He told me he “didn’t have time to look at it” even though it’s 3 hours to close. Happened at 3:40p on 12/5/22

Can't keep staff. Been dealing with this store for 4 years, worse ever customer service. Zara has a major ego problem, and a bad attitude. Need to watch what you say with adults in the room.

I went there for some help of a few hundred that I could repay in a couple of weeks during pandemic time. Had extenuating circumstances. Basically only needed money for a new ID and gas money. Was approved, then it got withdrawn after ID expired (35 days after approval ) and the reason I applied for it in plenty of time was denied cause I didn't have a current one even when it was valid when initially applied. So ... I will NEVER bring business here again. Nor recommend them for anything when they can look me in the eye and say yes we approved u, still have all necessary documents but no. Pffft

Extremely dissatisfied how they handle your contract. I don't recommend this location. They seem to have a heavy turnover of personal, and they blame issues on that. I had one of their longtime customer service representative, do something to my contract, told me exactly what to do, and made my payment exactly as she told me. Then months later I get a call that I had back amount. I told them what the representative told me to do. At the same time she was talking with the supervisor. They said I see what happen, I see why she told you that. My supervisor and I need to talk and we call you back. I did not receive a call back. One day I was at Raley's, so I thought I would stop by to make sure it was taken care of. The representative told me I owed 96 cents. I said are you sure, another representative looked and yes that's it. So I paid that. Today I get a call saying I owe 36.00, I explained what has happened, and now I am getting upset. I have tried to pay, and the amounts keep changing. Her answer is that we have had a lot of new people. I said that's not my fault. I have tried to pay. You never called back. I stopped by, they said I only owed 96 cents. I told her I will not recommend this location. Oh... Let me tell you, I take the amount of my acct every month. Bad business!!! Please for your own sanity, do business elsewhere.

I went in to ask about getting a loan and was told what I needed to bring in. I told the clerk I worked for Uber and my statements weren’t weekly, but based on when I cashed out. She said that’s fine, just bring in my statements and they’d see what amount I would qualify for. I went home to print out everything I needed and went back, just to be told they couldn’t use my Uber statements! They said they would need my 1040 and schedule C, which I don’t even have because I just started. Ugg!!! I should have been told that the FIRST time I went in to inquire what was needed, not AFTER I drove back and forth to get items that couldn’t be used. I’m not even upset about not being able to get the loan, just at the way the clerks gave misinformation without checking to make sure it was correct. VERY dissatisfied with my experience here.

Very helpful, professional and friendly. The process was easy and didn’t take long. Any questions I had, they answered. They were even understanding when my 2 y o niece spilled her cup of water on the floor

I've had several small loans from them and every time they've been fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend this place and will continue to do so.

I just called and spoke with Charles in Fernley, he answered all of my questions,helped me get my application filled out and processed in one call. He was super friendly and professional.
