Applied for a personal loan on Monday, was told 24-48 hrs to hear from someone. Never heard back and lost out on a great opportunity for our business. Would not recommend this place for loans. My husband had tried to apply for this for 2 weeks but was repeatedly told nobody was in and to leave a message. NOBODY EVER CALLED BACK. Finally was able to apply and was ghosted again. I hate the national banks but will definitely go to one of them next time.

This is a horrible credit union. If you are the joint member you can't do anything with out the primary member telling the bank is okay. They are unhelpful and really could careless any their members

Love this branch. When I walk in, it's on a first name basis. Never have to wait very long. Keep up the good work.

Absolute nightmare overdrafted my account which was there fault that they did refunded the account and of course charged an overdraft fee which overdrafted the account again because of there mistake. Then wouldn’t reverse it because it was policy then refused to close the account and refused to stop charging a daily over draft fee. After about 20 phone calls harassing they’re office about what bs this is they finally closed the account. Now of course I can’t open an account at another credit union because they didn’t close the account it’s been two years guess what they just closed it today they said because they haven’t heard from me in two years. The gift that just keeps giving don’t ever come to this place.

Hello manager, Customer service needs to improve and hire more employees as members waiting for over 5 minutes is a bad experience. Customer service only has one teller who should ask for help.

What a bunch of MORONS run your personal banking division. I'm trying to log on my account via computer. My password is being denied yet I am looking at it on my cell phone Now afeter trying to log on and the"TALIKG HEADS" can't get it together. This the worse financial institution I have ever been associated with, Wells Fargo doesn't look so bad afterall.

Opened up an account here because a friend referred me. Was told we would both get 50 after 90 days of the account being opened. 90 days later I was told the Fernley branch misinformed me and I wouldn’t get the 50 dollars and neither would my friend who referred me. This Credit Union has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Do your business elsewhere unless you like to be lied to.
