Went in on Tuesday 2 pm. Lights on and signs said open. Doors locked. Waited around 10 minutes and no one unlocked doors. Drove to reno instead

It's like an overpriced thrift store. Wouldn't be that bad but the owner Dan, who never served, is rude and doesn't know how to interact with customers or know how to build relationships with people with deep pockets. You think he would have learned his lesson from getting fired from Palace but nope, oh well. Fallon has a great family run pawn shop with thousands of items, including cars and motorcycles, no junk and they know their weapons and can direct you to a local Vet owned FFL that charges $25 for transfers and purchases.

Walked into this location to take a look, politely said hello, however, the tall bald man behind the counter was so INCREDIBLY rude. Then he was rude and talking down to his employee with several customers in the store. Take your time, money, and everything else somewhere else.

Seems to be willing to pay 10% of items values and then sell them for 110%. I was looking for a cheap USED XBOX microphone/single speaker headset. The standard cheap one that comes with the controllers. Found one on the shelf and was told something around $20-$25 for it. Went to walmart and bought it new for I think around $15. I've been in a couple times over the past years and staff generally seams unpleasant each time.
