I called in today to ask some general questions on getting a loan to cover some unexpected expenses and Liz the manager answered my call and explained everything so well! She was patient with my questions and walked me through everything step by step! She was so kind during a stressful time in my life and I can't express how amazing her customer service has been. I can see why she's manager and she truly is an asset to the company. Call or see Liz for the best service when you need it!

Yesterday I received a call from an inquiry I made online. Needed some emergency cash… I spoke to Liz and she asked me some simple questions and walked me through everything… Before I knew it the money was in my bank account… Such an quick and easy process and Liz was a doll.

The other day, I called desperately looking for some extra funds to get us through the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was at work, and needing as much information as possible before making the journey to the store, and I called multiple times. Ya'll Liz was truly amazing! Not only kind and patient, but also going above and beyond help me and her Henderson branch is not even my store. She gave the best customer service. When I walked in to pick up my cash all I had to do was show My ID and sign. Thank you so much for your patience and compassion. 5 star experience for sure!
