Better tell them up front if you have any other loans! Otherwise they'll take your interest payment, not be able to refund it when they deny you because you have another loan out! Doesn't matter that you've almost been their customer for 20 years! If you don't use their services for a while, your loan amount goes back down to barely nothing! My pay doesn't go down it only increases, so why can't my loan amount? NO LOYALTY! Doesn't matter that you always pay your loans off on time and they have made 1,000s in interest off of you over the years!

Yesenia was an awesome help and so funny and pleasant. The advice she gave me was extremely helpful. Ed was a huge (and manly-sounding) help when I called for pre-approval. I definitely appreciate the ease in helping me out when I really needed it. I'll be seeing y'all when I come in to pay.

If you are a bit late, they call you every day. Besides being harassing, they have no understanding for someone who lost their job, then still expecting payment, when receiving no unemployment. NOT understanding at all, paying them off today, and I will NEVER BE BACK EVER.

Christina and Claudia were completely helpful. The second I walked in they made me feel welcome. It felt like I was at a bank instead of a loan center. They need a raise just by their customer service.

My first time coming in and applying for a loan I worked with Nina. In the process of me doing mine two gentlemen came in both caucasians and they were helped and approved in 5 minutes. Me the only black woman inside took over 30 minutes they asked about a job I no longer worked at. My application was sent to corporate and the overall experience was disappointing. Not only did I feel discriminated against I felt racially profiled.

Bad experience yesterday. The person who helped me (White Woman, i didn't get her name.) They lied about doing my job verification by calling my job. They said my job said I didn't work there. Which is obviously untrue. 🙄 Then they wanted me to call my job myself and nobody answered. I sat trying to call for at least fifteen minutes. So if I couldn't get through how could they? My mom got a loan through them and she didn't need to verify by calling her job because she had all the information they needed to know she worked. I LITERALLY HAD EVERYTHING TO PROVE I WORK FOR HOME DEPOT. PAYSTUBS, BANK STATEMENTS, AND MORE. THAT WOMAN WASNT INTERESTED IN HELPING ANYWAY. EVERYBODY GO TO CHECK CITY FOR LOANS. I WAS APPROVED AND THE PROCESS WAS EASY AND FAST. DOLLAR LOAN CENTER HAS Prejudice EMPLOYEES.
