Been doing business for over 5 years but that came to an end today. Got a post card from them that clearly stated “ 10% of your next transaction.” When I tried to use it I was told that discount was only on a new loan which the card made no mention of. Thank goodness I won’t be needing an a advance loan going forward.

The manager here is extremely rude! Her name is Julia. How can people be in the customer service field and not have that quality!!! Let me just also say that the whole experience was rude...I had to wait over an hour and she still wanted to me to wait another 30 minutes...when I asked her why is the process taking so long she immediately and rudely said "do you want your stuff back!!!" I could no longer deal with the rudeness so I kindly took it back and left. Just to say there are so many other places out here that will help you if your in need so steer clear of this place!!! They are not here to help!!!!
